# Manage campaigns: drafts, schedules, copies, and pauses

> Manage internal and customer-visible names, active dates, draft states, activation, copies, updates, pauses, and deletion.

The **折扣** (Discounts) page lists campaigns created by GoGoGo Discounts. Review status, method, dates, and condition counts, then open a campaign to edit it.

## Names and statuses

**活动名称** is the internal campaign name. **折扣名称**, or **优惠名称** for gift campaigns, is shown to customers.

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| 草稿 (Draft) | Configuration is stored in the app and is not running as an active Shopify discount |
| 已计划 (Scheduled) | Activated, but its start time is in the future |
| 已启用 (Active) | Within its schedule; customers must still qualify |
| 已过期 (Expired) | Its end time has passed |

## Scheduling

The editor uses **Beijing time (UTC+8)**. Set a start date and time. Enable **设置结束日期** (Set end date) to enter an end. Convert local campaign dates to the editor's time zone for international promotions.

Use **保存更改** (Save changes) to update an activated campaign. Reopen it to verify dates and status, then test the storefront.

## Copying

**复制** (Copy) carries settings to a new campaign page and adds a copy suffix to the internal name. Save the copy separately. A “copied” message does not mean it is already activated.

An activated campaign cannot directly change between automatic and code methods. Copy it, change the method, then verify its code, dates, and scope.

## Pause or delete

* Pause one campaign with **转为草稿** (Convert to draft), confirm, and check that checkout no longer applies it.
* To pause several, select them in the list and choose the same action.
* Delete an individual or selected campaigns using the deletion action. The confirmation explains that it permanently removes the campaigns and corresponding Shopify discounts.

> Delete campaigns only when they are no longer needed. For a temporary pause, use Convert to draft and check the schedule before reactivation.
