Use two independent GoGoGo Discounts campaigns for the Black Friday product offer and the social-customer extra offer. In this example, a price of 100 becomes 80 after 20% off, then 76 after another 5%.

Prepare two customer groups

  • Black Friday tag: example BF-player. You may add several actual tags with 满足任一标签 (Match any tag) within that condition.
  • Social tag: example social. Assign it only to customers eligible for the extra benefit.
Replace these example tags with actual store tags. Do not place both groups in one “match any tag” condition.

Campaign one: Black Friday product discount

  1. Create an automatic campaign named “Black Friday product offer.”
  2. Choose all customers and add a Black Friday 客户标签 (Customer tag) condition.
  3. Add 商品折扣 (Product discount), enter 20, and select Black Friday products or collections.
  4. Enable 可与订单折扣叠加 (Combine with order discounts) and set start and end times.
  5. Save a draft, review it, and activate.

Campaign two: an additional 5%

  1. Create a separate automatic campaign named “Black Friday social extra 5%.”
  2. Select 满足所有条件 (All conditions must be met).
  3. Add the same Black Friday tags in the first tag condition, matching any tag within that group.
  4. Add the social tags in a second tag condition; choose any or all within that group as required.
  5. Add 折后额外折扣 (Additional discount) and enter percentage 5.
  6. Select the intersection of Black Friday products and products eligible for the extra offer.
  7. Keep 可与商品折扣叠加 (Combine with product discounts) checked. Match dates and other thresholds to campaign one, then activate.

Checkout tests

The additional rule does not check whether campaign one actually awarded savings. If campaign one is paused or fails another threshold, campaign two may still award 5% by itself. Review both together when changing dates, scope, conditions, or activation.
When using segments or specific customers instead, keep the Black Friday eligibility consistent in both campaigns. Selected markets cannot currently combine with those native customer eligibility modes; see markets and currencies.
